You are requested to submit the following documents and credentials at the school office:

Documents to be submitted along with File:

  1. Copy of Online filled form along with registration fee of Rs.300/-(Cash Only/Non-Refundable) to be submitted in school office.
  2. Two copies of the candidate's most recent passport-size photo.
  3. Copy of Birth Certificate issued from MUNICIPAL CORPORATION/ Panchayat
  4. Marksheet of Mother and Father of last attended class.
  5. Copy of Nursery Class Report Card for KG-I Candidates,Copy of K.G-I Class Report Card for KG-II Candidates
  6. Copy of Caste Certificate (Parents) only for ST/SC/OBC Candidates
  7. Copy of Aadhar Card and Samagra ID.
  8. Copy of Bank Passbook/Bank Account Details of Child/Parents

Note :- Failing to present the above mentioned documents will subject to cancellation of registration.

Kindly Remember:

  1. The age of the student should be 3-3½ years for Nursery, 4-4½ years for KG-I, 5-5½ years for KG-II, as on April 2025
  2. Submission of registration form is not an assurance / security of admission.
  3. The selection of the students will be purely on the basis of observation as per academics.
  4. CHANGES / CORRECTIONS in the entries will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after filling/submitting ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
  5. School Management reserves the right to judge the eligibility of students, as per the information furnished in the online registration form.
  6. All the desired original documents should be presented at the time of admissions for verification. Furnishing fake information will lead to cancellation of registration/selection of the candidate.
  7. School Management reserves the right of cessation of the admission at any stage in case of any  discrepancy in information and details.
  8. Registration forms without proper and complete documents will not be accepted.
  9. Admission Fee and School Fee once paid will not be refunded if admission is cancelled or withdrawn.
  10. There will be a provisional revision in the school fee every year to the tune of minimum 10%.

I hereby declare that all the above particulars have been filled in by me and are correct and that in case of any discrepancy found therein subsequently, at any stage, I shall be solely responsible for the consequences arising out there from. I also declare that I have gone through all the rules and regulations of the school and promise to abide by them in letter and spirit.
